Lean 4.0 (L4.0) plays a significant role in reducing waste and enhancing productivity for sustainable manufacturing supply chain Industry (I4.0). L4.0, with its soft hard practices, may be well integrated into I4.0 to enhance readiness. Small medium enterprises (SMEs) are attempting prepare themselves Hence, the present research explores L4.0 terms of practices understand holistic relationship I4.0’s readiness delivering chain. To reap maximum benefits, several traditional lean thinking management principles should combined internet-enabled technologies. The result empirical analysis revealed that top leadership (TML), customer focus (CF), employee training learning (ETL) influence total productive maintenance (TPM), statistical process control (SPC), advanced technologies (AMT) have positive on operational (OR) technological (TR).
